1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the pehlvarix website (the “Site”) and any related contact or registration forms. The Site is operated by Pehlvarix Education s.r.o. (“pehlvarix”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing the Site, submitting a form, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Site. If you are under 16, you may use the Site only with involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. Educational Purpose and Key Disclaimers

pehlvarix provides educational content and information about an online course focused on consumer technology advisory skills, including electronics product knowledge, customer communication, and retail advisory workflows. The Site is intended to explain the course and allow you to request registration information.

Nothing on the Site is a promise of specific results. Any examples are illustrative of training methods (for example, role-play scripts, comparison frameworks, and documentation templates) and are not a substitute for employer training, vendor-specific materials, or mandatory workplace procedures.

3. What We Provide

The Site may include descriptions of modules, learning outcomes, and practice activities. We may update the curriculum outline, course schedule, or how we describe modules to keep information current with consumer electronics category changes (for example, new connectivity standards or device categories).

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every page will always be current. If something looks inconsistent, please contact us and we will clarify.

The Site and its content (including text, visuals, course outlines, templates, scripts, graphics, and design) are owned by Pehlvarix Education s.r.o. or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Site for your personal or internal business evaluation purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission.

The Site may include links to third-party websites (for example, links to our policies or to map services). Third-party sites are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that any content will meet your expectations. Any reliance on information from the Site is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pehlvarix Education s.r.o. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

To the extent any liability is not excluded, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the Site in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or wilful misconduct).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pehlvarix Education s.r.o. from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your submitted information, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labour disputes, pandemics, internet outages, cyberattacks, and failures of hosting, cloud, or telecommunications providers.

12. International Use

The Site is operated from Czechia. We make no representation that the Site is appropriate or legally available in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations where you access the Site.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the competent courts of Prague, Czech Republic.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of consumer protection law in your country of residence, where applicable.

14. Dispute Resolution (Informal First)

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Please send a short description of the issue to [email protected]. We will review and respond within a reasonable time, typically within 10 business days.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your use creates security or operational risk. 16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Pehlvarix Education s.r.o. regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings on that subject.

18. Assignment

We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, to an affiliate or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganisation, or sale of assets. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.

19. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

20. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and may provide a notice on the Site. Changes become effective 14 days after posting unless a shorter period is required for legal or security reasons.

21. Electronic Communications

You agree that communications and notices we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Where applicable, electronic signatures and records are intended to have legal effect under relevant e-commerce and electronic communications laws.
